L
ocated in the heart of Hartford, our community offers a home with convenient access to the history and culture of Hartford. 95 Vine Street provides a home less than 2 miles away from some of the oldest attractions across America – the oldest public art museum, Wadsworth Antheum; the oldest funded park, Bushnell Park; and the oldest continuously published newspaper, The Hartford Currant.

Sports are also a huge part of the thriving culture of Hartford, and 95 Vine Street Apartments is close to the action with The Hartford Yard Goats playing baseball at Dunkin Donuts Park, The Hartford Wolf Pack knocking the hockey pucks at The XL Center, and the USLC Soccer Team, The Hartford Athletic scoring goals at The Dillon Stadium.

Residents of 95 Vine Street will also be able to take advantage of the foodie culture in Hartford. Food and Wine magazine named Hartford as a “foodie destination” and nearby Bushnell Park hosts a growing number of food trucks.

Our quiet community is home to many long-term residents who know they can expect a dedicated, responsive staff and maintenance team with years of experience in the industry.

Demand the best in value, service and location. Expect nothing less than 95 Vine Street. Your home as it should be.
